To maintain the integrity of our program and foster a nurturing environment, we have established specific guidelines that all teachers must adhere to. Please be aware that failure to meet these standards may result in being banned from the Kubrio app.
Class Attendance: Consistency is critical to your students' success. Missing scheduled classes without proper notice or justification can disrupt their learning progress and undermine their trust in you. If you need to miss a class due to an emergency or unavoidable circumstance, please inform your students and the Kubrio team immediately.
Conduct with Students: As a Kubrio teacher, you must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with students. Any behavior teemed inappropriate, offensive, or detrimental to a student's well-being will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to, using offensive language, engaging in discriminatory practices, or making students feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
Net Promoter Score (NPS): We value feedback from our students and their families to ensure we meet their expectations and deliver an exceptional learning experience. If your NPS falls below 6, it indicates that there may be areas where you need to improve your teaching approach or communication with students. We encourage you to actively seek feedback and work on addressing any concerns to maintain a high NPS. If your NPS falls below 5, we will terminate your pod.
